- We do not sell partial rolls
- Our sod rolls come in 8/9/10 ft², depending on the blend
- All estimates for Sod and Installation are per square foot and before tax.
- If you want our Estimator to come out to measure your lawn , we can do that for an additional price. Fees will be collected at time of booking.

Tearing out the previous Lawn, Prepping the soil, and installation.
Our full-service is known as T.P.I.
We start by applying several grading and cleaning procedures to your previous lawn. This includes raking the lawn, removing the previous lawn, cleaning out the debris, Then we prepare and amend the soil with a topsoil-compost blend , we then rototiller 6-8″ deep then grade,and level the lawn area.
Once the soil is prepped we move on to installation, we put down a sod starter fertilizer blend . You get to select your favorite sod from one of our 29 sods blends.
Our half-service is known as P.I.
We start by preparing and adding amendments to the soil with a topsoil-compost blend , we then rototiller 6-8″ deep, then grade and level your lawn area.
Once the soil is prepped we move on to installation, we put down a sod starter fertilizer blend . You get to select your favorite sod from one of our 29 sods blends.
INSTALLATION
Installation- Only for lawns that are already prepped and ready to go, services can be arranged to install the sod blend you chose to cover the estimated area.
Lawn Installation does not include SOD prices, please add the cost of your sod choice to which installation you want.
*Sprinkler systems are an additional cost
